As Borat says, "Great Success!"

Thanks to everyone who came to Battle of the Bands this past Saturday!! It was a perfect day for the event- not a cloud in the sky. First place went to Meet the Speakers and Second place went to Kodiak. Congratulations to both bands, and thank you to all the other performers.

Also, thank you for all your support for Sunday's Movies on the Mall. We had a great turnout and a perfect night for watching some action flicks on the CUA Mall. We hope you enjoyed the movies and a short break from your hectic last few weeks!

Let us know what you thought of both events and what you would like to see Program Board do next year!! We're always looking for fresh ideas and new members.

NIP Report

This past Thursday night, Brendan Smith & Cold October performed at 8:30 pm in the Pryz Food Court. The band played many crowd favorites, making the show a great success. They will be performing again on Saturday, April 21st on the CUA Mall during Battle of the Bands. Come out to support the guys and other bands competing!!



On March 15, DC Improv hosted a Funniest College Competition. CUA students Sean Whitfield, Ryan Joyce, Chris Zito and Jordan Spaulding competed. Sean Whitfield and Ryan Joyce won the competition at CUA, allowing them to move forward to the finals at the DC Improv on April 11. Sean, pictured above, won the crowd over with his quick wit and innovative style.

Be sure to check in soon for more updates, and don't forget to spread the word about Battle of the Bands this Saturday! There will be plenty of food, giveaways, and music for everyone!!
